I ordered a floor tile paint that typically includes an additive. I placed the order on Friday and it arrived at 9:23 AM on Monday, November 24. Upon opening the box, I noticed the additive was missing, so I reached out to the company via email. I requested two things: a VAT receipt and the missing additive. Four days later, I received the VAT receipt but no update about the additive. A week has passed and after sending six emails, there has been no response or resolution. It's very frustrating, especially since there's no phone number to reach out to. I doubt I will use this service again.

I bought an aerosol can of fluorescent paint. After shaking it for a minute, I managed only a few seconds of spray before it clogged. I got a replacement from the store, but that can clogged halfway through as well. That's a significant waste of paint. The product reliability is disappointing.

Beyond the high quality of the paint itself, the service deserves commendation—next-day delivery, excellent communication, and a straightforward ordering process. I wish more services could match this level of customer satisfaction.
Why does this service use FedEx for deliveries? They consistently let you down. While the service itself is great, FedEx's delivery has been unreliable. This is my third purchase, and every time FedEx's tracking has been ineffective. My estimated delivery was between 8:50 AM and 12:50 PM, but it arrived at 4:30 PM. This has happened repeatedly. Please consider switching to a different delivery service, hence the two-star rating.
The garden paint samples were fantastic. I painted them on the wall with the names underneath. I appreciate that they are more environmentally friendly with less packaging and lighter for shipping. The color choices were perfect, and they arrived on time with delivery notifications. Thank you for your assistance.
I purchased universal paint for a unit, but the smell has intensified as it dries. It's overwhelmingly strong, causing headaches, and I have to keep the windows open at night to help it dry. The tin claims a matte finish, but it doesn’t deliver. I wouldn’t recommend using it indoors or for anyone with breathing conditions.
