I made reservation for 4 on Christmas day 12/25/24 at the Buckhead/Atlanta location. To begin with, we were seated 15 minutes past our reserved time. Drink orders took far too long to receive. One salad arrived 15 minutes prior to the other 3 salads. We did not receive bread at the table until 30-40 minutes after being seated. When entrees arrived, 2 of the steaks were significantly overcooked, one ribeye cooked well done instead of medium. My steak knife had grease and actual fat on the knife, clearly being unwashed. Russell, our waiter, did offer to replace the overcooked ribeye. Unfortunately it then took 40 minutes for the replacement to arrive, by which time other guests had long finished their meals. Let me emphasize that Russell attempted to provide good service, but appeared to be far overextended with the number of tables he was serving. He was gracious and apologetic for the overall poor experience, and did remove the cost of one steak. Unfortunately we were hosting out of town guests and I was frankly embarrassed by the overall poor experience, and would never consider returning to Ruth Chris or referring others to your establishment.
