I ordered a flower arrangement on December 18 for a funeral on December 21. Saturday delivery was acceptable since they don't operate on Sundays. However, I received an email at 4:45 PM on Saturday stating they couldn't fulfill my order. There was no phone call or any notification to help me make alternative arrangements. It felt very inconsiderate. I strongly advise against using this service.
