They don’t even deserve a star! They accepted my order for a family member's funeral and then canceled it due to a product shortage! What is going on? This is outrageous! I have emailed them four times asking for a resolution, and all I get are apologies without any solutions. I'm extremely frustrated! This feels like a scam! Avoid this service!
