My d-i-l's mother recently away in Arizona and I ordered the Comfort plant peace lily to be delivered to her home since there will be no service. I paid more for the deluxe plant and when she sent me a picture of what was delivered, I was horrified! It looked nothing like the plant on their web site. I called to voice my concerns and was told to send a picture of the delivered plant which I did, but still no response. After another call, they said they would get back to me next week. This is unacceptable to say the least! They scammed me by showing beautiful plants on their site taken from other floral apps in the Scottsdale area. I could have gotten a beautiful peace lily from Home Depot, but I live in California. I wish there was a negative star rating for this review.
