I regret that I did not check the reviews for Ruth's Roses prior to placing an order. The bereavement arrangement that was delivered was not what I ordered and paid for. I purposely paid the price for the arrangement that was labeled "as shown", and I expected that to be delivered. It was not! It did not include the flowers shown - instead it included much downgraded flowers and much less in abundance. I reached out and reported the issue and requested they make it right by delivering what I ordered or full refund. Several days later, Jazi responded referring me to their "policy" on the website and indicating that they would not make it right.
