I would give it a NEGATIVE star rating but it makes me give at least one star so I can post how sorry this company is. I used them within the last year and they took my order (over $100), claimed to have delivered the flowers, but the person never received them. I reached out, they said they would send again as I must have given the wrong address. Verified the address, never received the order. Took over a week to get a refund. Fast forward to today, (bc they are advertised as a "local business" which is total BS) I tried again to order flowers and their site gave an error for the order but it went through on my credit card. I immediately reached out, knowing the issues I had previously. They responded with it was an issue from my CC company not them. Of course right after our communication, it showed a pending refund from them for my order.
They are nothing but SCAMMERS!!! If you happen to get your order, its probably the grass and weeds they picked from the side of the road. BUYER BEWARE!! THEY HAVE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB and they are about to have another. How many does it take to finally shut them down?
