Immediately after signing up, I found that the service doesn't support trial sites, which I primarily use. I requested a refund, but they denied it per their terms. I canceled my subscription, yet a month later, I was charged again. Upon checking, I saw a message stating my cancellation was noted but they insisted I schedule a call, which felt disingenuous. They failed to cancel my future payments and didn't inform me. I’m pursuing a refund through my bank and will be warning others in my design community.
