I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. I bought a product a few weeks ago that arrived completely smashed. The delivery service took it back, but since then, all I've received from the company is that they haven't received the product back, despite me sending a picture of the broken package. They offered me 30% off my next order, but why would I order again when they owe me over 30 pounds? It's been nearly four weeks of ongoing messages, and now they're ignoring me. I noticed that on February 20, 2025, someone else had the same issue (the delivery driver took the broken package back), yet they redelivered. Why is that?
