They offered me 30% off my next order, but why would I order again when they owe me over 30 pounds? It's been nearly four weeks of ongoing messages, and now they're ignoring me. I noticed that on February 20, 2025, someone else had the same issue (the delivery driver took the broken package back), yet they redelivered. Why is that?
