Extremely Poor Customer Service. I ordered a Christmas gift on December 11th and paid €25 for express delivery. After payment, I received no updates. After several bounced emails, I finally reached their Customer Service, only to learn my delivery wouldn’t arrive before Christmas—just two days before the holiday! I was caller number 20 in the queue, indicating I'm not alone in my disappointment. They canceled my order at my request since it was useless after Christmas, but I still haven't received my refund.
