I can't contact them; their phone goes directly to a full voicemail, and their support email is undeliverable. Every attempt to reach out has been in vain. I strongly recommend against purchasing from this service, as they do not fulfill orders. Report this to the authorities and consider requesting a chargeback from your bank.
Extremely Poor Customer Service. I ordered a Christmas gift on December 11th and paid €25 for express delivery. After payment, I received no updates. After several bounced emails, I finally reached their Customer Service, only to learn my delivery wouldn’t arrive before Christmas—just two days before the holiday! I was caller number 20 in the queue, indicating I'm not alone in my disappointment. They canceled my order at my request since it was useless after Christmas, but I still haven't received my refund. Avoid shopping here.

I attended the Santa Train Christmas Experience and was very disappointed. The elves didn’t engage with the children at all, and the show fell short of my expectations; it felt unprepared. The Santa visit was particularly underwhelming and rushed, with another family brought in during our time with Santa. It was not worth the money; this was the most expensive Santa experience I've attended, and it did not deliver.
I bought a product that claims delivery is typically within 3-5 days. Since my purchase, I've received no updates from the service. Despite my online and email inquiries (I can't reach anyone by phone after waiting for hours), I have yet to receive a response. I'm genuinely starting to suspect this site might be a scam.
Updated review: STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY OF DINING CHAIRS SINCE SEPTEMBER ORDER no S23276. Absolutely Terrible Customer Service! Despite being told on September 24th that my chairs would arrive within 10-22 days, I still have not received them. I've spent over an hour on hold with Customer Service and sent numerous emails, where I was also informed on November 15th that they would definitely arrive for Christmas. This level of service is unacceptable, and automated replies are not sufficient! I will never order from this service again and cannot get a refund because I can't reach them by phone. Very frustrated customer!
