Updated review: STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY OF DINING CHAIRS SINCE SEPTEMBER ORDER no S23276. Absolutely Terrible Customer Service! Despite being told on September 24th that my chairs would arrive within 10-22 days, I still have not received them. I've spent over an hour on hold with Customer Service and sent numerous emails, where I was also informed on November 15th that they would definitely arrive for Christmas. This level of service is unacceptable, and automated replies are not sufficient! I will never order from this service again and cannot get a refund because I can't reach them by phone. Very frustrated customer!
