I attended the Santa Train Christmas Experience and was very disappointed. The elves didn’t engage with the children at all, and the show fell short of my expectations; it felt unprepared. The Santa visit was particularly underwhelming and rushed, with another family brought in during our time with Santa. It was not worth the money; this was the most expensive Santa experience I've attended, and it did not deliver.
