I have reported this issue to the appropriate authorities. I placed an order worth 600 euros, paying extra for a 72-hour dispatch, but have encountered numerous issues. I can't contact them; their phone goes directly to a full voicemail, and their support email is undeliverable. Every attempt to reach out has been in vain. I strongly recommend against purchasing from this service, as they do not fulfill orders. Report this to the authorities and consider requesting a chargeback from your bank.
