I'm currently in Australia and can't connect to the mobile network, despite having credit. My emails to customer service have gone unanswered! When I try to contact the company by phone, it directs me to another helpline that hasn't resolved the issue. I can't switch to another provider since I'm not in the UK. The customer service is utterly inadequate!
