Puzzled by the company's continued operation

Given the numerous negative reviews, it's puzzling how this company remains operational. I received three Data SIMs that needed activation—a process that should have been simple! Unfortunately, after countless calls to customer service, it took five days for one SIM to activate. A week later, the remaining two finally became active after even more calls. In total, it took 10 days to get functional Data SIMs. It's unfortunate because the SIMs are good value and perform well, but they are severely let down by terrible customer service. I urge others to think carefully before using this company and to take the negative reviews seriously.

Questioning how this company stays in business

With all the negative feedback, it's hard to understand how this company continues to operate. I received three Data SIMs that needed activation, which should have been a simple task. After numerous calls to customer service, it took five days for one SIM to activate. A week later, and after even more calls, the other two finally worked. In total, I spent 10 days and made many calls to get them functioning. It's a shame because the SIMs offer good value and work well, but they are severely hindered by the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I recommend thinking twice before using this company and taking the poor reviews seriously.

Unresponsive and unreachable

This does not seem like a legitimate business. I've sent numerous emails over several months to cancel a subscription, but all I received was an automated reference number. Their phone number directs you to another company, which claims to be a sister company. The representative was unhelpful and mentioned that emails were handled by a different team. All they could suggest was to resend my email to support. I've sent another message to see if they'll respond; otherwise, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Lack of customer service and compliance

I had to submit a formal request to obtain my call logs, which indicated I was wrongly charged for data. There has been no response from the company, and now I’m just waiting the eight weeks required before I can escalate this to the regulator.

Avoid due to poor customer service

The customer service is incredibly disappointing; it's not worth your time! If you want to change your payment method, you must start a new plan. If this happens just days after your plan resets, you end up paying for two plans for the same number. I was double charged for one service! Additionally, from November 17 to 20, my SIM was inactive despite having 4G and signal. This was particularly inconvenient for my work phone. When I called customer service, I learned my plan hadn't been added for that month. Although they could add it, I decided to leave and switch to another provider, which couldn't be completed until November 27. The agent then told me they couldn't add the plan if I was leaving, but I would receive a £5 refund within 14 days. However, I've yet to receive it, and I was informed that the refund was never requested. So now I must wait another 14 days. While the amount is minimal, I have been double charged and billed for a service I never received.

Not even worth a single star

Why do I have to give this company even one star? They deserve a negative rating. Out of nowhere, my SIM card stopped working, yet they continue to charge me!

Once great, now disappointing

As many others have noted, my experience was good for a couple of years until recently. Suddenly, I can no longer receive texts, although I can still send them, which suggests it's not a signal issue. While I don't use the phone often, receiving texts is essential for tasks like online banking. I had to buy a different SIM, and suddenly I had 17 texts waiting for me. I’m not sure what's happened with this company, but at least their customer service was available on a Saturday and provided my PAC code.

Don't waste your time!

I ordered a SIM card, and after seven days, nothing has arrived. The online order status still shows as 'received,' and my request for an update has gone unanswered.

Signal issues and poor service

It seems this company is deteriorating; the signal, which used to be decent, is now very inconsistent. I will try again later to see if it improves, but currently, I can’t make calls or check my balance. It's disappointing to see what was once a reliable company now struggling.

Unable to connect while abroad

I'm currently in Australia and can't connect to the mobile network, despite having credit. My emails to customer service have gone unanswered! When I try to contact the company by phone, it directs me to another helpline that hasn't resolved the issue. I can't switch to another provider since I'm not in the UK. The customer service is utterly inadequate!
