I had been with RWG Mobile for a few years and the customer service has been fairly good.Recently, in common with many other people this support has become non existent. I had a problem with my account being unable to make calls. Twice I contacted RWG, once by email and once by their online contact form. A big fat zero response to either, even after several weeks and no reply from their support phone number either.Therefore, I consider that this company is not worth bothering with now, unless you want to be stuck on your own with no solution to your issue.
