My delivery was set for Saturday, which was intentional. They canceled that delivery and offered to reschedule. Instead, I received a notice saying they'd arrive between 8 AM and 8 PM on Tuesday, with a text 30 minutes before. However, we didn't get the notification until after 5 PM the day prior, as they claimed. On the delivery day, by 7:30 PM, I called and was told my order was 14 and they were on delivery 12. I could wait past 8 PM or reschedule. They finally showed up at 9, outside the promised window. Communication before and during delivery needs improvement. The truck tracker was also unhelpful. Everything was eventually delivered, so it worked out (despite losing 13 hours), but the service is overpromising and underdelivering. The delivery team was the only positive aspect.
