I ordered a washer through a club and they use a third-party service for delivery. The earliest they could deliver was two weeks later. On the delivery day, they called to say their truck broke down and couldn’t make it. It was rescheduled for Sunday, but I informed them I leave for work at 10:30 AM and needed it done by then. I wasted a day off on Friday as they informed me last minute. Five hours later, I received a text saying they'd arrive between 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM. I called to express that this timeframe was unacceptable. I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, but they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. I called the club for assistance, but their representative couldn’t reach them either. Very unprofessional and lacking communication. If they can’t handle the job, they shouldn’t accept it, and I hope the club doesn’t renew their contract with them.
