They delivered a refrigerator for me and was in such hurry they damaged the door and Lowe’s replaced the fridge. They were delivering the second fridge and a lot of damage to a brand new door and frame and the brand new storm door. Every person on the delivery truck had a language barrier and that made it difficult to communicate. As of today I’m still getting the runaround and fixing the damaged doors. Their customer service is terrible. If at all possible avoid this company to save yourself the hassle and stress.
