RXO did not fulfil their service agreement. We purchased a TV and wallmount from Samsung, and installation services. RXO delivered the TV, but after we made multiple attempts to schedule an installation date, we found that the ticket was closed by RXO and that they had marked the order and service as complete.We cancelled installation services through RXO via Samsung. The 3rd party installer unboxed the TV and the screen was cracked, and damaged during delivery.I am dissatisfied with RXOs service and poor quality control.
