We had two shipments with RXO booked through Amazon Seller (RXO is an Amazon partnered carrier) destined for two different Amazon depots. Both confirmations for the two loads were recieved via email, but RXO only collected one load. I had to chase them for the collection of the second load, which meant there was a delay in the stock going to Amazon. Then they sent a vehicle which could not accomodate the 17 pallet load and had to leave 1 pallet off. When I flagged this they were very dismissive and did not assist in rectifying the situation at all. Really really poor customer service (name & shame: Fay). I have ended up sending the outstanding pallet with a different haulier.
