Overall terrible experience. They seem to lack common sense, send messages that they are going to deliver and the right before they are due to arrive they called and cancelled due to weather. They could have figured that out the day before. Rescheduling? They don't know when. Cool cool, lemme just live without my appliance, NBD. Get a new message today, can't deliver for at least 2 weeks - exactly when I'm out of town. FML.These guys are not reliable, not organized, not truthful, and I wish LG would use a different delivery company. Edit: adding this after RXOs response. I have zero trust in your ability to help me. I am not alone in my perspective. You only seem to respond to negative reviews for damage control, RXO does not solve these problems. They continue.
