Horrible customer service. I called Sept 11th because my installation was supposed to be the same day as delivery. The item got delivered but was not installed. I called the same day to ask what happened and got no answers. I called Friday morning the 12th and still no answers. I was told “someone will call me”. I decided to call back Friday night and cancel the installation for a refund. Monday night I received an automated call saying they were coming Tuesday. I never confirmed this and it was supsped to be confirmed as canceled. I called back again on Monday to make sure this was canceled. They assured me it would be. Four days later still no conformation email. Friday the 19th I called both Samsung and RXO to make sure this was canoeled. I was assured it would be. Called Samsung again who put the blame on RXO saying they have still not canceled and are waiting to reschedule. I do not want this service and it is not Wednesday Sept 25th and I have talked to samaung and RXO. I should not have to call 6x to speak to representatives to cancel my order. Updated. The issue was finally resolved after asking to speak with a supervisor and calling an additional time. It should never have taken me this many times and over 2 weeks to get this resolved.
