I had arranged for my delivery on a Saturday, specifically. However, they canceled my scheduled delivery and offered to let me reschedule. Instead, I received a notification that they would arrive between 8 AM and 8 PM on Tuesday, with a text alert 30 minutes before. Unfortunately, we did not receive the notification by 5 PM the day prior, as promised. On the day of delivery, when it was 7:30 PM and still no word, I called and found out I was 14th in line while they were delivering to the 12th. I had the option to wait past 8 PM or reschedule. They eventually showed up at 9 PM, outside the promised delivery window. Communication before and during the delivery process needs significant improvement. The truck tracker was unhelpful in showing the truck's location. Ultimately, everything was delivered, so it ended well (aside from losing 13 hours), but the service is overpromising and underdelivering. The delivery team was the only positive aspect.
