All 5 stars are for the amazing customer service reps who helped ensure I would receive my medication before leaving for a very important business trip. I was in a panic about trying to complete the intense work w/o my medication and spoke with a few. I was on hold as a rep went to speak with supervisor, and my phone accidentally cut out. I wish I could have thanked her for making that extra effort to help. It’s appreciated. This morning I received my tracking and was so relieved and appreciative to see they will arrive in time.Overall, I think the company is having growing pains, causing frustration. Service reps need options, appreciation and support to help customers through the process, especially when dealing with time sensitive issues.
