I was forced to use this pharmacy by my provider. When I received my sleep medication, which I require due to sexual abuse from a pastor, the lid reads "RX OUTREACH: Honoring God by serving others."If you were a health facility, you'd prob want to not trigger PTSD in your patients. This place should be shut down.
I am so blessed and grateful for RXOutreach and their fabulous crew. They consistently go above and beyond. You may experience a wait time on the phone because they're so busy working on patient orders. But they always get back to you, and they are so kind. Thank you, RX Outreach team!!
They took money out of my account for a prescription that I didn’t even have yet. They took money out of my account around 10:00 AM. My doctors appointment isn’t until 12:30 PM when I call they said they’re gonna cancel the order and return me my money, but I haven’t gotten my money And I wasn’t even planning on using their pharmacy this time Because I have insurance now and I can get my medication free right around the corner from my house
Though the prices are good the website, which used to be great before a massive ‘redesign,’ is now the worst experience ever!!! Today I couldn’t even scroll down to process my credit card, it simply kept bouncing back up so I couldn’t click the button! I used a different browser and had same issue higher up!!! So now I have to reorder by phone, it’s ridiculous!
Had a not so great experience back in 2024, but this company has made vast improvements. Customer care issues now fully resolved, everyone I have spoken to when calling have been fantastic. Meds are dispensed and dispatched quickly. They truly care about their patients. 5 stars across the board.
