DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is so disorganized. It’s a joke. I ordered a six month subscription after the first three months I had moved and changed my address. They allow for you to change your address on their site. They then proceeded to mail my medication for the second installment to the old address, and made no indication of whether they were going to fix the issue, so I had no choice but to drive to my old home, which was very inconvenient. I felt that I should be compensated in someway and they told me it was my fault and that your address had to be correct at the time of the order. Please tell me how that makes sense that they would have an option to change your address? What was I supposed to do about the fact that I moved? You’re telling me there was nothing they could do? If you go on my profile right now, it states my correct address that was changed before my second installment. Very poor customer service trying to blame this mistake of theirs on the customer. I wish this was the first issue I have with this company, but it wasn’t. For two out of my first three months of medication, by the time I got to taking my fourth injection, I did not have the proper amount of medication in the bottle even though I very closely followed measurements. I spent over $1000 on this medication to have incorrect measurements and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go shop elsewhere.See less
