I have enjoyed my experience with RX Pros. The immediate attention that I was given by people such as Amanda really helped me start my weight loss journey. Amanda has done an excellent job providing me with information and when any issues developed, Amanda was very prompt in providing solutions.
The actual Tirzepatide dose is a lot less than they advertise. The 15mg dose monthly vial has 28mg of Tirzepatide, and other additives that make up the rest of the mg total…1 weekly dose comes out to 7mg Tirzepatide and 7 mg of a blend of whatever vitamin and additives they add to it…so 14mg total, and only half is Tirzepatide. The sign up process is so confusing and poorly done, they charged me twice. I decided to cancel once that happened and I realized the true dose of the Tirzepatide was less. I wish they were honest up front with all the information. Customer service was nice, but from India, so hard to understand. I thought since the company was based out of Sheridan WY it would be a good choice, I have family in Sheridan…but, no, not a good or honest company. Just pay for real zepbound. This was a time consuming headache.
Everyone has been very helpful. Especially Amanda she is very responsive and answers all of my questions. I am very satisfied with RxPros and I am telling all of my friends!!
It was so easy to meet with the online docs, the meds came quickly and the pricing is awesome. My results have nothing shirt if amazing. I am almost to my goal weight, whenever anyone tells me how good I look, I tell them my secret, RxPros!
Amanda from Rx Pros is amazing to assist with your prescriptions- very personable great customer service - if I have questions I just send a text and it is answered in a timely manner usually within a hour - let’s you know when you need to renew -sends the link so literally no work in your part- highly recommend!!

I researched a lot of different online companies and truly felt that Rx Pros was the one to go with. Their pricing is great and NEVER goes up with higher dosages. They check in to make sure things are going well and I like that they have you go through a process when ordering more to make sure that things are moving in the right direction.
Customer service is awesome. I haven't really lost as much weight as I thought I would and it's expensive so you know, I'm not sure whether I'm going to keep up with it, but you know, everybody is so nice and they try to make sure that you're happy with what you are doing so I mean, it's a great experience customer service wise.
At the time, RXPros was the most affordable route. It is still at the bottom for cost at $249/Month. I was concerned about the consistency of the medication as a compounded GLP. For the most part it was fine: I had no side effects and lost 1lb/week. My concerns: RXPros did not have a record of the strength(s) of the medication they sent me and so I was only able to give the doctor a partial list as I had thrown away the vials. Also, on two occasions, I did not have enough medication in the vials to finish as directed.
I would like to get a copy of my prescription to show my primary Dr. exactly what I was on. my experience was good. At this time I choose to not continue with more product for personal reasons.
I had been on zepbound 15mg for a while, but wanted something less expensive. So I did some searching and found RXPros, I liked the price. I ordered 700+++$ of trizepitide from RX Pros. Upon receiving it I used it immediately. NOTE I had been on zepbound for many months so I know how I would feel after taking a shot. After my first shot I FELT NOTHING, so the next week I took another shot I FELT NOTHING. I thought maybe that vial was dead so I tried more vials and I FELT NOTHING. In total disgust of the money I waisted, I just threw it in the trash. Either the trizepitide was dead or they sent me water.
I called and requested a refund and they REFUSED to give me a refund. They offered to send me more and continue to make future charges to my act but I have already moved on to another company.
I have spoke to customer service multiple times and they continue to refuse me a refund.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING RXPROS. Good Luck
