I had been on zepbound 15mg for a while, but wanted something less expensive. So I did some searching and found RXPros, I liked the price. I ordered 700+++$ of trizepitide from RX Pros. Upon receiving it I used it immediately. NOTE I had been on zepbound for many months so I know how I would feel after taking a shot. After my first shot I FELT NOTHING, so the next week I took another shot I FELT NOTHING. I thought maybe that vial was dead so I tried more vials and I FELT NOTHING. In total disgust of the money I waisted, I just threw it in the trash. Either the trizepitide was dead or they sent me water.
I called and requested a refund and they REFUSED to give me a refund. They offered to send me more and continue to make future charges to my act but I have already moved on to another company.
I have spoke to customer service multiple times and they continue to refuse me a refund.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING RXPROS. Good Luck
