0 stars. My experience with Ryanair has been extremely frustrating. Flight cancellations severely disrupted my urgent plans and there was no meaningful support or consideration for urgent travel needs. Getting a refund is not possible, and there is almost no flexibility in changing bookings. Their policies seem designed to benefit the company, not the customer.
