Ryanair is easily one of the worst airlines I have ever experienced. The moment you miss the online check-in window, they penalize you with an outrageous airport fee. Charging £55 for a simple check-in is completely unreasonable and feels like a trap designed to exploit customers.

There is absolutely no focus on customer satisfaction — everything is built around charging extra fees. They lure you in with cheap tickets and then try to squeeze money out of you at every step. This is not service, it’s pure opportunism.

I will never use this airline again and would strongly advise others to avoid it
