I booked return flights with them and due to outrageous charges for return flight next day, I chose to return a day later. However just after booking the flights I found return flights with the same company from a different destination cheaper so I contacted them within 24 hours of booking to change and they were impossible to reach, or help in any way, either by chat or phone. They refused to change and said policy is no refund as I was cancelling which is a disgrace. Not even right of redrawal. Stay clear of this company if you can find another way to buy your flight. Also even reviewing them here is probably a waste of time as they rated as poor and 1 star. Worst customer service in the world...
