I purchased a few tops online and was really let down by the entire experience. The fit was incorrect, the shapes of the tops were odd, and they didn’t sit well at all. The material seemed low quality for the price. The returns process is a nightmare. I paid for shipping when I ordered, then had to pay again to return the items, and to make matters worse, they don’t provide refunds—only store credit. I don’t see why I should be obligated to keep credit for a brand when the products didn’t fit or meet my expectations in the first place. For a store that operates solely online, this is a very unsatisfactory customer experience. You can’t try items on before purchasing, so a fair and flexible returns policy is crucial. Paying for shipping both ways and still not receiving a refund is unreasonable.
