The quality of customer service was outstanding and contributed to a pleasant visit. One area where the store could enhance its offering is by broadening its product selection. For instance, items like legal punched polypropylene pockets can be hard to come by and aren't readily available. Providing a more extensive and specialized stationery range under one roof would make the store even more noticeable and attractive, as customers would feel confident that they can find exactly what they need.
