Update… I have today been approached by a member of management who have completely restored my faith in the company.The gentleman spent a great deal of time explaining where they know their failings are especially with their chosen delivery company ( which is being rectified ) and have addressed and corrected my query for which I am very grateful. Please don’t bother with Ryobi Uk.I’ve sent two online queries and despite reassurances from “ Stuart “ that “ they never ignore e mails “ they have ignored from March and April.Simply put… they treat you with contempt and don’t care !
