I purchased a 4 gallon backpack 40 volt sprayer from Home Depot. Paperwork says it has spare O rings

I purchased a 4 gallon backpack 40 volt sprayer from Home Depot. Paperwork says it has spare O rings in the box. After talking to customer support and telling them there were no spare O rings in the box they denied there should be spare O rings in the box. Also their website is worthless and puts you on an endless merry go round by signing in, passwords trying to register the new sprayer. The sprayer works but I will be out of luck if it breaks down. TOTALLY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!!

Don't belive the ryobi reply you see on trustpilot

As previously reported my ryobi RHV18 handvac dust bowl broken. And riobi would not repair or replace under warranty. Don't believe the replies you see on trustpilot from ryobi.i think it's just a publicity stunt, they say they want to make things right but don't contact dissatisfied customers 🤔. They definitely didn't contact me, or leave contact details.

The worst hoover ever bought

bought to Hoovers one for upstairs one for downstairs I would’ve been better off buying a brush and shovel. They are absolutely useless annoying frustrating and a complete waste of money. They block up so quick dust all over the place when trying to empty the pan if you have a dog, don’t even think of buying one of these Hoovers both of these will be going to the tip on my next tip run .You watch these adverts on TV and they are just not true whatever you do don’t buy hoover of this company. It will drive you mad.

Bought Ryobi RPW-5000

Bought Ryobi RPW-5000, now unusable – app removed/unsupportedI purchased the Ryobi Phone Works RPW-5000 inspection scope in good faith, expecting to use it long-term with my iPhone. However, the official “Ryobi Phone Works” app no longer opens and appears to be removed or unsupported on current iOS versions. Since the tool has no built-in screen, the device is completely unusable without the app.It is unfair for customers to pay full price for a product that becomes electronic waste simply because the supporting software is abandoned. I believe Ryobi should provide either: 1. An updated version of the app compatible with current iOS 2. A replacement or alternative model for existing customersI hope Ryobi acts responsibly and supports their customers who invested in this product. If no solution is offered, I will strongly advise others to avoid buying Phone Works products.

BUYER BEWARE: Ryobi 40V HP Brushless 21…

I purchased a Ryobi 40V HP Brushless 21 in. Cordless Battery Walk Behind Self-Propelled Lawn Mower a couple of years ago. It was replaced this year due to a safety recall related to a wiring issue that was causing the mowers to catch fire. After a couple of months, the replacement mower stopped working correctly. The blades would shut off on their own even though it was turned on and the self propel was still working. Then when you tried to restart it, the mower would not turn back on for several minutes or the display would not light back up. I was concerned there was another wiring or battery defect that might cause a fire so I stopped using it. I contacted Ryobi six weeks ago to report the issue. Once a week I had to email them for an update only to be told it was being reviewed by a new department. Finally today after paying someone (out of my own pocket) for 6 weeks to mow my yard they advised me nothing could be done other than to only take it to a Ryobi certified repair center which for me was over 2 hours away. They said if I didn't want to take it there I had to pay out of my own pocket to ship it to the repair center. Why should I have to pay anything for a defective replacement mower less than a year old? I've already lost $300 in order to have my yard mowed while Ryobi ducked my issue for 6 weeks. That's almost enough to by a new mower.

Registering for guarantee Diabolical.

Despite the machine being bought directly from Ryobi they insist that I provide a bill of sale from a retailer. They refuse to issue a guarantee unless I complete a staggering amount of information to them, that is irrelevant to me as a customer. I have never encountered a company before that goes to these lengths to register one of their own machines. I gave them serial number etc. The item was a gift and as such I didn't buy it.I won't be buying from them again.

Poor Battery Life

I purchased the bundle of the lawn mower and strimmer. Came with 1 battery and charger. 1st the strimmer was damaged so I contacted them and this was resolved quickly. My issue is with the life of the battery. Now I have a small garden but the battery only lasts approx 20 mins from a full charge. So I have to charge it and it takes about 3 hours to full charge. I went onto Ryobi site to price another battery and was so completely shocked to see the price of £99.99. It now takes me all day between charges to mow and strim my lawn. Wish I had never purchased any of it now.

If you have the nerve, buy RYOBI😡

I have written a review plus an update, after much effort I received my order, I’ve used it twice so far so good so far, however the nightmare has returned- I have been trying to register my tools but I am finding it utterly useless I wonder why a well known company have such a truly dreadful customer service ( apart for one young lady who seemed keen to do her job and treated me with respect , her name is NICOLA, but I have given up in trying to register the tools and take a chance on them working if they don’t I am prepared to take it further plus I will NEVER purchase tools from this dreadful company ever again the website is amateurish in every senes, told me one time that I had already purchased from them in the past I have never bought from RYOBI until now-therefore don’t get the discount, then later they said my p/ word was wrong - it wasn’t 10 seconds later I did it again and got in, no I didn’t make a mistake!!
