I bought their "best" self-propelled 40v lawnmower. It comes with a 5-year warranty. One and a half years later the self-propelled part stopped working. I called Ryobi customer service and was on hold for over one hour. Finally, someone answered and they said that had permission for me to send it back. No one sent a shipping label. I have sent 6 emails, and have made 4 additional calls (on hold on each call for 1 + hour. I went to Home Depot since I purchased it there, but they said it is Ryibi's warranty. I cannot nor would I ever buy another Ryobi product. Their customer service is less than a ZERO!
