The battery overheated while charging, causing the casing to melt. Fortunately, I noticed it before it caught fire. The company refuses to replace the charger and battery due to my inability to provide a receipt, treating it as a warranty issue. This is a serious safety concern. Had I not checked, it could have caused a fire. I'm very disappointed with their lack of support for their product and plan to switch to a different brand.
