snow blower is far the worst product of any brand I ever owned.After 25 minutes of use the batteries overheat and need to be recharged. The charging process takes over 2.5 hours as the charger has a safety feature which will not allow the battery to be charged until it cools down which is a good thing for safety but the batteries are undersized which makes them overheat. I have a lot of knowledge on this subject as I have been an electrician for about 50 years. I am fully aware that the product is not as power as a gas snowblower.

Difficult Warranty Registration Process

I've been trying to register the extended 3-year warranty for some tools I've purchased. It's nearly impossible to complete the process without a charger reference. However, the tool came without a charger and states it has a 3-year warranty. I've attempted to reach out to the company but have yet to receive any responses.

Safety Concern with Overheating Battery

The battery overheated while charging, causing the casing to melt. Fortunately, I noticed it before it caught fire. The company refuses to replace the charger and battery due to my inability to provide a receipt, treating it as a warranty issue. This is a serious safety concern. Had I not checked, it could have caused a fire. I'm very disappointed with their lack of support for their product and plan to switch to a different brand.

Reliable Battery-Powered Tools

I've used various brands of battery-operated tools in the past that broke down quickly and were hard to repair. Since switching to a new brand, I haven't experienced any breakdowns. The batteries hold their charge, and the tools perform excellently. I keep adding to my collection and would recommend these tools to all my friends.

Overall Good Experience, but Some Issues

Overall, my experience was good. However, I find it challenging to locate model and serial numbers. I don't understand why they can't label them clearly like most companies do.

Frustrating Experience with a Self-Propelled Mower

I bought a self-propelled mower from a store, and in less than three years, both batteries died, and I had to replace two transmissions and a control panel. Although the warranty covered the parts, the lifespan is disappointing. I previously owned another mower for 27 years without issues. I regret my purchase due to the poor quality of this product. The company acknowledged my business but reminded me that I have two more years of coverage for repairs, which is just more inconvenience.
