I bought a self-propelled mower from a store, and in less than three years, both batteries died, and I had to replace two transmissions and a control panel. Although the warranty covered the parts, the lifespan is disappointing. I previously owned another mower for 27 years without issues. I regret my purchase due to the poor quality of this product. The company acknowledged my business but reminded me that I have two more years of coverage for repairs, which is just more inconvenience.
