My wife purchased a Ryobi weedeater for Fathers Day last year. In May 2023 the line trimmer broke off. I requested a replacement line trimmer and shield. Ryobi customer service said it would be arriving in 8 weeks. It is now 13 weeks. I have tried to contact Ryobi customer service by e-mail, phone, text, etc. and they are ignoring me. Looks like I will have to get another weedeater but it will be a different brand.
