*UPDATE - they finally emailed me back with their utmost apologies and said they would send me a new one immediately (I got it in 2-3 days) along with a free gift.I ordered 3 Playboy Bunny pens and the bong and the bong has a defected where your mouths goes, definitely was during the making and not from shipping. It is sharp and looks like crap honestly. I've emailed them multiple time to the email address they provided for issues with your order and it's been a 2 weeks and not one word from them, not even an automatic reply. Not a happy customer, all I want is to exchange it for one that doesn't have a defected. I must say shipping was fast but them not answering my emails gets them zero points.
