Garbage customer service i had a product that broke by the way this is the 2nd one that the zipper broke on i emailed them they asked me for the email i used to buy the case i gave it to them never heard from them again i have emailed them like 5 times no response will never buy a product from them again to just ignore a customer is so disgusting as a company you should be ashamed

I placed an order on December 6, 2025 and they processed payment, sent one item and the remaining items have never been shipped. I've attempted contact four separate times without response. Some of their items were of good quality so their horrible customer service is a huge disappointment.
This company is awful I bought 1 of their products 9-04-25 I opened said product first it’s the wrong color okay not a big deal. I send an email to the company they tell me they will send out a new one to give them my address send the receipt and pic of product. So I did all of those things. To not hear anything back. 6 days after sending the email the product I bought stopped working completely. I have a warranty on this product but it’s October 13th and I still have yet to hear back and I’ve sent multiple emails, reached out on the website. It’s very frustrating I wasted the money. This company is very unprofessional I would not recommend getting anything from them. If it breaks they won’t get back to you in my experience!
I have made multiple attempts to contact and am experiencing the same thing everyone on here has, absolutely no reply from anyone. I ordered two products here in the US and my order is still processing a week later. I’ve reached out via email, instagram, and query on their website to no avail. I will update this if anything changes.
Ordered the gr8tr. And it had some flaws. Besides that I'm satisfied with the product. Contacted support and was told that my region is supported by the US. That US support didn't respond for about a whole month. Then told us (me and ca support) all the mails were in spam. Since then I don't get any response. That's about 2 weeks ago. US support is garbage. Don't buy in US or Europe - you won't get support. Buy in Canada instead (I couldn't). Can't even refund now because everything takes too long. Just feel scammed.
THIS COMPANY STOLE 100 DOLLARS FROM ME. I ORDERED STUFF THROUGH THEM, GOT OVERCHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT BUY, AND RECIEVED ONLY THE ITEMS I GOT OVERCHARGED FOR. NOT ONLY COULD THEY NOT SEND WHAT I ACTUALLY WANTED, BUT THEY SENT ME WHAT I WASNT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED FOR!!!!!!!! AND NOW, THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO IGNORE EVERY MESSAGE I SENT THEM ON FB, INSTA AND THROUGH GMAIL. I AM NOT HAPPY. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER RYOT PRODUCT AGAIN.
I went in bought a ryot verb electric straw bubbler and it did not work at all.. so the next day i reached out to the company. They were out of stock on the verb, but they made up for it by sending me 3 different things, a all at 1. Send paper box waterproof smell proof it's a cool little thing. In what they sent me was a lot more than what I paid. They sent me something to do my Debs. With they sent me something to do. My carts , and they sent me something. For the flower I will recommend them the things that they sent me all work good. I am satisfied with all 3 of them.
