I am actually shocked to learn this isn’t a scam company that I fell for. I ordered something from them 18 days ago, received my order confirmation and haven’t received any other communication other than that despite trying to contact them via email multiple times. It looks like I’m not the only one dealing with this lately! I will never order from them again, and if I can’t find a way to cancel my order through them I will have to dispute with my credit card company. Beware.
