i work as a retailer in a smokeshop and we sell kannastor grinder that are suppose to be lifetime warranty and some of my custumer had problem with their product nd i have been trying to contact Ryot for a whole month so they can help MY custumer for with their warranty and yet no response from them i have sent them multiple email i had i response once they gave me a email to contact about my problem and the guy never responded and since then no response from ryot either i CANT IMAGINE HOW HARD IT MUST BE FOR A CUSTUMER BUYING PRODUCT FROM THEM and who needs hep with their problem .DONT BUY ON THIS SITE NOR BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM.
