During booking, I was not informed about a $44 service fee that would be charged if I canceled within 24 hours. The cancellation process only displayed this fee at that time, which feels completely unjust. This practice seems to exploit customers. I believe this agency should face serious consequences for their unfair practices. AVOID using their platform.
