As others have pointed out, this service is incredibly deceptive! I was trying to book through a major airline and inadvertently ended up on their site, which closely resembled the airline's. They use similar terminology for their pricing options but don’t provide the same advantages. Unaware that I wasn’t on the airline's site, I selected Flex, which was supposed to allow free seat selection, and it did let me do that. After completing my reservation, I called the airline the next morning for clarification. They informed me that I had booked through an agent and had actually chosen the standard fare, advising me to contact them to cancel my ticket. I did so, but even though it was under 24 hours since my booking, they withheld $59. I hope the rest of my refund process goes smoothly. The only positive aspect was that I found their phone number quickly and was able to speak with an agent. However, the phone number didn’t indicate my location, and I hope the call was within the country. Ensure you verify the address bar while making a reservation.

This agency operates under misleading pretenses. They claim to be legitimate, but purchasing a ticket from them resulted in no confirmation and my money being withheld for 72 hours. This situation should be reported to the authorities for action. I am still waiting for my refund without receiving any flight ticket.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency has lived up to the negative reviews I've seen. I missed my flight due to their inability to resolve my booking issues, despite reaching out for help days before my trip. On the day of travel, I was told to wait at the airport for a resolution, but ultimately missed my flight. My attempts to contact their customer service were met with frustration, and I received no support. It has now been over 48 hours without any follow-up from them. This is unacceptable!
This service misrepresents its business by presenting itself as a reservation platform. I was shocked to learn that confirmation could take up to three days, while I was scheduled to depart in just four days. Without a confirmed flight, I found it impossible to reach them. A truly bad experience!
