File 1078-397-976 / YSMP6JI have booked through Flight Network a direct flight on 19.09.2025 from Malta to Tunis on Tunisair Express, which takes about 70 minutes.Actually, the flight was operated by Windrose Air, an Ukrainian Airline with a totally overaged A319, which is based in Tel Aviv / Israel, with a stop-over in Catania / Italy for re-fueling. I would never accepted an Ukrainian Airline based in Tel Aviv, if I would have known that before.The flight from Malta to Tunis took finally about 5 hours - a strange experience, which would be entitled for a fare-refund.There was no response to my complaint from Flight Network, despite reminders.The practice of this company is totally unreliable and unacceptable, assuming no responsibility at all.
